Fair Use

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials we provide to you for your projects or accounts.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Jekush Infotech LLP harmless from any claims, losses, or damages incurred because of your use of our services.
1. Acceptable Work
Jekush Infotech LLP provides custom engineering, architectural design, and software consulting services. By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Provision
While we strive for excellence and 100% uptime, all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless specifically outlined in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

- Service availability may vary based on maintenance schedules
- Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and availability
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and architectural documentation created by Jekush Infotech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client as specified in our contracts.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jekush Infotech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
